Event Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation of an Event:

In the event of cancellation of an event, you may choose from the following options:

  • Donate your purchased ticket funds or registration fee(s) to the organization. Please send an email message via {ContactUs} to obtain a tax-deductible receipt.
  • Request a refund. Please email proof of purchase (pdf copy of redacted credit card statement, cancelled check, money order, Ca$hApp or PayPal receipt) via {ContactUs}. Refunds of tickets purchased or registrations paid will occur within 10 business days of receipt of your request and proof of purchase/payment.

Rescheduling of an Event:

You may choose from the following options:

  • Automatically be rescheduled to the new date and time.
  • Cancel your participation and donate your paid ticket or registration funds to the organization. Please send an email message via {ContactUs} to obtain a tax-deductible receipt.
  • Request a refund. Please send proof of purchase (pdf copy of redacted credit card statement, cancelled check, money order, Ca$hApp or PayPal receipt) to {ContactUs}. Refunds of tickets purchased, or registrations paid will occur within 10 business days of receipt of your request and proof of purchase/payment.
